HALLOWEEEEEEN!!!

Here we are at the Halloween Party to have our kids scout candy for us! Mary Jo was a little taken back at the crowd but she warmed up near the end. So fun and Mary Jo and Jared were the toast of the party, dressed up as the Bernstein Bears. (Brother and Sister Bear)

Halloween PopCorn Balls

We made jack o lantern popcorn balls in honor of Halloween.

Aren't they cute. Aunt Mary Jo and I colaborated to invent them.

Ward Activity

We went with some friends in the ward to a fun picnic in logan.  it was lovely and the kids had a ball.

Mary Jo's hair is really starting to grow.

Check out those great chubby legs!

Little Mountain climber.

He's alot like his father in that sense.  Aaron is always hiding from the camera too.

Can you believe how big he is now.  He is his own person.

Can you believe how great those legs are.  She is a looker.

Mary Jo's Birthday!!

Happy Birthday to my FAVORITE PUDGE!

Grandma brought Mary Jo some bath tub toys

And a new hair bow!

Great Grandma Newby gave Mary Jo a couple books, and she wouldn't put them down.  She is crazy about books.

Za-zing!!!! Isn't he gooood lookin'!!

It's extrordinary, but Mary Jo LOVES books. She looks through them all day.

My heart brakes to see my darling so big and grown up.  How time runs.  No matter what I do, I turn around and my babies sprout.

Girlfriends!!

April came into town a couple weeks ago and we had a lovely time getting together.  All married, all happy, and all hilarious!

Man, I'm short compared to everyone.  How ridiculous.

I got no sleep that night but ahhh it was so fun to get together with my bestest friends.

Camping in the Tetons!!

It was fun to stop into Yellowstone and check out the geyser.  It was my first time and it was freezing.  Mary Jo kept stealing this guys drink of tea and running away with it.  He was really patient about the whole thing.

Animal life in the Tetons

We didn't see any really animals except squirrel until our very last day!  We were so excited to get this close to the buffalo.  We took a bunch of pics and then got into our very messy and cluttered car to make the trek home.  I put the camera away and got my seat belt on .  As i looked up a bison came charging out of these bushes not ten feet front the car.  It was totally Awesome to se it running.  Such a big powerful beast of an animal.  (A lot like my hubby)  Anywho, he had gotten out of the gate and taking a gaunt down the road.  I was so sad I didn't have my camera.

Our Hike in the Tetons While we were camping

I LOVE THIS PICTURE!!

Jared was on uncle Jared's Shoulders

Mary Jo loves to eat dirt so she was in Heaven on our hike!

Our little Mountain Man!

Snake River

Snake river was first in our stop on Saturday.  It was probably my favorite spot.  It was stunning!  I wanted to build a cabin there and live like a crazy mountain hippie!

Aaron let Jared have our old camera (that Sara was sweet enough to let us have) and he felt pretty darn special.

Here we capture the chubby flubby in her natural habitat.  Wearing her monkey jacket and a goofy face she is the rarest and chibbiest of her species.
We are happy that we got this on camera.  Mary Jo loves to point now.  She points at everything and says, "Da!"  It's pretty freakin cute.
Here she is pointing at me

Isn't that Lovely.  We stood there forever looking at it.  Isn't it silly to think taht some people believe that this world was ACCIDENTLY created?!  Art this lovely doesn't just make itself

Here we are as a Family.  Aren't we great little campers?!

Camping in the Tetons!!

Here we are in the Tetons on our FIRST EVERY FAMILY CAMP OUT!!  It was absolute heaven.  OUr friend Jared convinced us that we were out of ideas and pushed us to drive the four hours to a gorgeous mountain range.
Aaron said that we murdered a Care Bear to make Mary Jo's coat.

Jared was in charge of the wood for our fire both days and he did a great job hiding them in weird places and making "train tracks"  out of the smaller pieces. Arron was chef and cooked the yummiest ash filled pancakes i have ever had.  He was always the first one out of the tent to get a warm fire going and get food ready.  And in the freezing cold.  And man, I forgot how cold the mountains get in the morning.  Brrrr....

New Arrivals

Goodness, I am so busy that I swear if I don't tie it down my head would fall off.  But then you ask me what we have been up to these last two months and my brain can't think of a single thing.  Maybe if I brake it down by family member it will jump start my memory.

For me, I have been busy babysitting a pair of cutie pies.  Payton and Jaxson are two brothers, and boy are they bright and busy.

Payton is about 20 months old, and Jaxson is 9 months.

At first the kids were wary of each other, but within a week Mary Jo and Payton have become good little buddies.

I watch these two chubbies Monday through Friday from 7 to 6 everyday so it is a full time gig, but our house is so merry and full all day now.  The kids spend most of their time playing and laughing and chasing each other.  Now that Jaxson is crawling he loves to join the merriment.  Yes, it is a mad house, but it's very rewarding.
